1. Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping methods for your convenience:

  • Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping option is available for all orders. This option typically delivers your order within 3 - 5 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: For customers who require faster delivery, we offer an expedited shipping option. This option delivers your order within 2 - 3 business days.

2. Shipping Fees

The shipping fees for your order are calculated based on several factors, including the shipping method selected, the destination address, and the total order value. Shipping fees will be displayed during the checkout process for your review before finalizing your purchase.

3. Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer free standard local shipping for all orders with a total purchase value of R1000 or more. This promotion applies automatically during the checkout process, and no special codes or coupons are required.

4. Order Processing

Please allow up to 1 -2 business days for order processing before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may require additional processing time.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and delivery progress of your order.

6. Delivery

  • Standard Shipping: Deliveries will be made to the shipping address on your Profile. Please ensure that the address is accurate and up to date to avoid delivery delays.

  • Expedited Shipping: Expedited orders will also be delivered to the specified shipping address. Expedited shipping may require a signature upon delivery for added security.

7. International Shipping

At this time, we only offer shipping within  Sub Saharan Africa, Middle East Europe, UK,Canada, Mexico, USA and Rest of the World. If you are located outside of these regions, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance.

8. Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely deliveries, please note that shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as inclement weather, customs processing, or other unforeseen events. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Adaptive Gear, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. Our Return & Exchange Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning or exchanging products purchased from our store.

1. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any products purchased through Adaptive Gear. All sales are final, and once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded, except as expressly provided in this policy.

2. Exchange Policy

  • Duration: If you wish to exchange a product, you have a window of 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate an exchange.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. It should also include any accessories, tags, labels, or warranty cards that were originally included with the product.

3. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange:

  • Contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.

  • Provide your order number and a detailed reason for the exchange request.

  • Our Customer Care team will guide you through the exchange process, including instructions for returning the product.

  • Once we receive the returned product and verify its eligibility for exchange, we will process your exchange request. You can choose an alternative product of equal or lesser value from our store.

  • If the selected alternative product is of lesser value, the price difference will not be refunded, and no store credit will be provided for the remaining amount.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items are non-exchangeable, including:

  • Personal hygiene items (e.g., underwear, swimwear, earrings).

  • Products that are not in their original condition or are missing accessories, tags, labels, or warranty cards.

5. Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping when initiating an exchange. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.
